Below is a list of our frequently asked questions. If you have a question that you don’t see answered below, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I’m happy to answer any questions you have.

  • I recommend placing custom cake orders at least 2 weeks in advance. Availability is limited, and orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. I always recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays!

  • Simply complete my custom cake inquiry form! Please include your event date, desired cake size, flavors, design details, and any inspiration photos. Once I review your request, I’ll reach out with availability and a personalized quote.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order and reserve your event date. Please note that submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received.

  • I accept Square, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal.

  • All payments are nonrefundable. However, I understand that life happens and plans sometimes change! In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future Honey Crumb order.

  • I understand that plans change! I’ll do my best to accommodate modifications to your order, but changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Changes requested close to your pickup date may not be possible.

  • I absolutely love receiving inspiration photos! However, every Honey Crumb cake is handmade and uniquely created. While I’ll do my best to capture your vision, exact replicas are not guaranteed. I use your inspiration to create something special just for you!
