I’m Carole - a nurse, mother, coffee enthusiast, Disney fanatic + the heart behind Honey Crumb.

Ever since I was a kid, I‘ve always loved baking and cooking. If I have down time, I can guarantee you’ll catch me in the kitchen or binge watching my favorite Food Network shows.  It’s never been just a hobby for me though, it’s a way for me to share a piece of my heart with those I love. 

I began nursing school in 2013, graduated in 2016, and became a mother in 2017. Somewhere along the way, between the long nursing hours and never ending family responsibilities, my love for baking took a back seat. 

In November of 2025, I transitioned into a remote nursing role, which gave me back mental space and spare time that I didn’t even realize I had lost. I started baking again, first as a way to express myself through food, but I quickly knew I wanted it to be more, and that’s how Honey Crumb was born. 

I became a nurse because I wanted to help and care for others, which is truly my passion, and for me, Honey Crumb is a way to do exactly that.
